Richardson welcomed Italgrani USA to its operations in 2021. As North America’s single largest durum miller, the acquisition of Italgrani is an extension of Richardson’s vision to diversify processing operations.

Complementing our leadership in oat milling, Richardson can rely on our network to support Italgrani’s St. Louis mill, specializing in durum and semolina flour products. Included in the acquisition were storage and crop inputs facilities in Tolley, Powers Lake, and Benedict, North Dakota, along with a commodity trading office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
